I'm not sure if it will help you or not but click on the Black Book link below. Pages 31-35 are from the Walbro service manual. It describes the adjustment procedure.

I added this content not long ago and have more to add yet but the carb info is there now - hope it will help.:thumbsup:

Top screw, which is the low speed needle, turn in all the way then out 1-1/8 turn.

Side screw (spring around it), which is the high speed needle, all the way in and out 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 turns out.

That is a very conservative starting point.

Tune the bottom end for idle to mid punch and the high end for top speed. Be careful not to go too far on the high speed at a time. Too lean can cause damage.
