There was a track in Tennesse up 65 it was run by a couple of brothers. It was made of concrete and held a ROAR Regional in the 90's. It was not BMS.

That was the first time I met Richie King, he was pitting with Budde Wolfe.

Anybody know the track I am talking about?

i raced at the whip back in '89.anybody have any photos what it looks like now?
Go out and look at any subdivision in Florida. I know the land was sold and the track dug up, there were several pieces sent to people from the demolition. I am pretty sure Rick @ Bolink got a piece of it.

That pic of the Whip brings back memories! I made one race there and wish I had made more trips.

I can remember the Nats at KIng that I attended. I think Composite Craft had a 30' trailer. I remember Joel Johnson pitting in there, that place was packed inside and out. TRC was there, Trinity, Associated, Bolink all had either Team Trailers or Areas. At the big races there was Manufacturers Row, that is where they set up and all the TEAM GUYS pitted. It was great! It was not intimidating to see the TEAM GUYS, it was really open and us mortals could walk through and take a look. They always made me sick of how neat there pits were and mine looked like a bomb went off in it. It still does!

Is that Spring Cove? Dis not looked banked enough to be that one.

It IS!!!! I looked closer and saw that infamous pit road. How many times did you get sucked to the wall coming out of 4?? Man that place was a blast.

I know a couple of guys that have a video of the first race there. There was GRAVEL in the infield.
