To stop your shocks from moving, just use a locking nut. :thumbsup: I also used to get frustrated with my shocks moved, but now they never move. 
Associated sells 4:40 locking & plastic nuts in a bag together & that are only like $2. Thats all I ever use. Well good luck!! TTYL :wave: Also to help you with your spinning out problem try seeing if one of your hub carrier bearings is not locking up, that sometimes happens & it too is frustrating. Well thats all folks!
