That's kind of a contradiction in terms isn't it?

Sorry for your luck Sprinter, I do hope in the future they will be able to make it right with you. This Brian guy, what a bum.

No guarentee's in life or with Paypal either sadly. I think all of us have been taken at one time or another by an online scammer. Mine was on ebay!

Bought some NASCAR (hot wheels) Suburbans at a great price. TO GREAT I'm afraid and the seller didn't want to part with them obviously. She kept my money, the trucks, and closed her account.

Sorry to hear this but I have to ask ??? I see you paid the person through your PayPal Account, but was there money sitting in your Account or did you click the button more options and click on Credit Card ???? If you clicked Credit Card then why dont you recover your funds from your Credit Card Company and explain what happend and usually the Credit Card Corps understand and will help....

Best wishes and Sorry to hear the bad news

That's a real bummer... Why can't people be honest ? Big question huh ?
There is another one on ebay to be aware of... Used to be Skelly7175, now Globial Diecast Direct... I still can't figure why ebay lets this clown keep operating... He had 158 negative feedbacks all complaining of the same thing... Item not recieved... He always blamed it on the mail... Hope for the best for ya...

I always thought paypal should check when someone closes an account to check if they have made any sales recently. And not allow them to close an account until all transactions are successfully closed. Any money received must stay in their account until all parties acknowledge a successful transaction. This kind of crap would be a lot harder to get away with.
