Hello i have a briggs and stratton tiller think its a 1963 it has a wind up starter on it and i broke the spring in it looking to find one briggs and stratton no longer sell that part any info to help me locate one would be greatly appreatiated

Post the engine model, type and code usually stamped in the metal engine shroud so someone can compare part numbers. Have a good one. Geo
