The movie, that is, not the Paul Newman/Tommy Lee Jones character from "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof."

Just saw it and have to gush like an idiot. I was so impressed with it. Enthralled is the word. Easily my favorite of its type in a long time. I remember when L.A.Confidential came out it wasn't hard to say that was the best of its type since Chinatown. I feel the same way about this movie. If you are a film noir fan, you must check this out. A low-budge masterpiece.
