Sad day for RC racing, I have had many many Novak items in my cars and trucks over the years.

not really, i cant remember the last time a novak motor was competitive in recent years, not just in oval but onroad and offroad. and hobbyking hasnt help matters...

Probably a couple of reasons:

(1)without the "old man", the girls do not have any interest in running the business

(2) no serious offers to buy out the business

Hey all: Yes it is a sad day for the r/c industry ,but we should look back at all the great things Novak brought to the R/C industry. As has been said Novak hasn't been competitive for a while now and I think with all the other companies offering motors & esc these days Novak seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle. It is a shame no one put in a serious offer to by them though. Thanks :surprise:
