Formed in 1981, the Boley Corporation was based in Los Angeles, California. They made their own diecasts, distributed other brands and imported other toys. Their diecast are an inexpensive, but well done line of diecasts that were made in China. And usually done around the 1:38 scale size.

In 1994, they relabeld NewRay's "Real Champ" friction pull back cars with their own BC China label added.

From 1995 to 2000, they marketed various generic diecast toys. Including the "2 Piece Formula" racers and "Mega Fleet" big rig made by High Speed. A series called "Sport Rally" was also found from time to time with 'BC Los Angeles' on the packaging. These casting were made by Summer. "Funky Cars" were also available and consisted of (2) cars in different scales. No known maker or source is given.

In 2004, Boley became the American distributor for Hongwell and their "Cararama" brand of diecasts. But, the relationship was only short lived.

Around 2005, they were making a series of HO scale sized trucks as their "Dept 1-87" line. The same International Harvestor truck cab with a different chassis work bed function was offered. Cars made by Smart Toys were also being marketed by them.

See BC International also.

An unspecified relationship with Kinsmart is also noted.
