8251911. 120301. 03J3. BMW 3 Sedan. From the Tinkers series by Halsall Toys Europe Ltd. HTI. Very similar to Realtoy only the wheels are junkier and really don't equal the quality of the casting. Scale is 1:59.

It does have that Realtoy paint finish and silver details! Do you remember if it has the screwed together base plate?
