I'm not using film-I'm converting digital images to B&W. If you want B&W film, you can find it at some of the online camera stores such as B&H Photo in New York.
Same here. If you can find film it is even harder to find someone that still processes it. All my B&W film stock and developers were way way way past their expiration dates a long time ago.
Literally, after decades of building up to the point of taking the most realistic B&W photos I could take. Last years Le Mans 24 dio yielded one of the most realistic 1/64th pics I think I have taken of the head-on of the "1955 crash disaster trio" and the Chaparral 1. Oh! Of course they were unabashedly PS'd.
I really don't miss darkroom work. Seems I spent most of 1971 thru 1976 in one. And then 1990 thru 1998 in another. I like the instant gratification of that digital technology. On the down side manipulation of that technology yields images SO real we now have to question EVERYTHING we see in print..... And now video. Gonna be a scary, brave, new world. Unless your there? You'll have to "take it with a grain of salt."
