Based in Healdsburg, California, Betta Products offered party favor type generic toy cars.

They also offered a (4) pack of a Hughes helicopter and an F1 racer set by unknown makers.

One example of a series of friction pull back type offerings, with a 'TC' prefixed casting number on their base, is the Volkswagen Beetle. It also has a 'Tai Cheong' tampo on its front cargo door. Both identification markings correspond to them as Tai Cheong Toys made die cast.
