Around the end of the 1970s, Shackman (possible aka as B Shackman) and based in America, issued a (12) car "Mighty Midget" (?) series called "Collecta-A-Car". Designed like the Tootsietoy Jam Pacs series they did not have a base plate and the wheel sets were attached to axle posts mounted inside the body piece. A circled 'W' is found on the inside of the body piece as well and they are attributed to be Wheeler brand product as a Universal made offering (?).

In 1994, B Shackman & Co offered a (4) piece "Miniature Train Set" with working couplers and free wheeling design that was made in China. The set featued an 2-4-2 Columbia type (or Lionel) locomotive, coal tender, box car and passenger coach.
