I use Liquid Car Wax
I posted this last night and it magically disappeared off the face of Hobby Talk? ~ I may have accidentally posted it in the wrong section but can't find it anywhere.
Ok I use a Liquid Car Wax on my JL Firebirds to remove the #2 on the roof.
I just put a little amount on the number emblem wait a few minutes then rub lightly with a soft cloth and repeat this about 8 to 10 times till it's gone. (Only works on Flat Surfaces)
When all done it looks like it was never there and the base paint / original color was never harmed.
So I don't see why it wouldn't work on the AW 100av emblem also.
~ I just notedest the AW Novas have a raised body line on the trunk, That's a problem because it will remove the base paint from that line in less your super careful not to get by it. Or may have to just repaint that line. ~
If it's a Decal maybe use a hairdryer and some WD-40.
~ AW may have put the decal on before the clear? ~ So it's there for good then. ~
