Aviva Toy Company is a subsidiary division of Hasbro. In 1976, they made a licensed series of vehicles based on Charles Shultz's "Peanuts" character ride-ons called "Snoopy Mini Diecast". These each had a Peanuts character as the driver. Tomica made the early castings in Japan, but the later models were developed by Aviva around Snoopy's friends and were made in Hong Kong. They also made items using Snoopy's dog house and Lucy's booth.
