Every year in Oakland Maryland there is the Autumn Glory Parade and Octoberfest. This is a great time of year and for those who have never been, it is worth the trip.
SCH is hosting the Autumn Glory R/C Off-Road Race shortly after the parade. This should be around 2:00 PM.
This will be yet another cook-out with dogs & burgers. Feel free to stop by and watch, eat, race, or just to have fun. Feel free to bring a dish of your favorite food as we have the space!
When: Saturday, October 16th - Noon - lunch - Race - 2:00
Where: SCH-MD - Between Deep Creek Lake & Oakland MD on US Route 219
Why: FUN time, great off-road racing, great scenery

Mike, sounds like a great time I will be there with my 1/8 scale buggy and stadium truck. I have not been there since you got more dirt so I am excited to see how the track has developed.
