I've noticed HobbyTalk has been picking up alot of new members and some of them have olds related handles:thumbsup:
I'm just curious as to what olds some of you have.
Post a pic if you can,if your like me picture posting challenged, tell us about your car.
I have a 1972 cutlass S ,flame orange with black interior,it's a 350 car that I transplanted a 455 into.
A while back I took it out for the first cruise of the season and blew up the motor,I have everything I need to build a 400 hp small block to put back in while I build my dream 600 hp 700 ft lbs big block.
The only problem...with the quality of work I wish to do now days, working outside just dosen't cut it.And since we have children now and my Wife has more control over the relationship, putting together a motor in the kitchen is out of the question (besides,my friends and I had a heck of a time getting that motor out to the driveway:lol: ).
So while we house hunt (I like to think of it as garage hunt),my olds sits until I can put a roof over it's roof.
Let's hear your story
