i resign as mod here at hobbytalk.

i will still contuniue be a member of hobbietalk. no matter what rumors you hear i resign on my own with out talking to anyone. it's time i move on.
i want to thank hank for letting me take over hobbytalk custom board and letting me bring it back to life after our sponsor left and the custom board was just about dead.
we now have a great board here with some great people. lets keep it going.

Gunn and I go way back - both helping build another custom board on what was Yahoo Clubs at the time and then moving here to HT. After I worked on Hank and convinced him that we needed a custom board on HT, I unfortunately was asked to leave because of another board sponsor (don't have the message space to get into that) and Gunn stepped in to keep the board going - for that I am greatful.

You are all correct in that we do not have a lot of conflict here - I attribute that to Gunn, to myself and to the members. With one exception in memory, most everything is dealt with reasonably and offline.

This is truly one of the most solid boards I have been on, why I continue to sponsor it and why I spend almost all of my time here.

Thanks to Gunn and thanks to the members for making this a great board.

You guys are all awesome. The craftsmanship, the skills and comaraderie are top notch.
I just visit and take note of lots of ideas that I come accross. Maybe when I move out of our 1 bedroom apartment and into a house, I will be able to show off my collection and make some dio's.
