[Old Canuk]

I picked up this little beauty, loose and in mint condition today. Does anyone have any info on it or a history. It is pearl white with a white interior, plastic wheels with 5 spoke rims and has the Topper Toys Logo on the roof with the words "PROTOTYPE '96 below the logo. On the bottom it says Johnny lightning Custom Mustang, Copywrite 1995, Made in china.

well,according to the Tomarts guide...

these fell into the 95 commeratives era... there were others with that logo too..
only info on them says they were mail-ins... quote from the book..."Exclusive cars with the Topper logo were offered by mail from Playing Mantis in exchange for UPC codes"
unfortunatly, due to they were in the same era as the Commeratives , that never do very well value wise,... that car only lists in the book, loose, at 4 bucks...

Thanks guys. Appreciate the input. Not too worried about the value, as it is a Stang, and, that's what I collect. It is definatly Pearl White though and a sweet addition to the collection. Thanks again:thumbsup:
