Thanks for the heads-up on the bases. This is exactly what I was looking for!
I've toyed with the idea of picking up a couple of Pete's kits even before I saw the bases. His figures have a nice vibe which blend in well with the MS line, and I particularly like the Invisible Man we've seen put together on another forum thread. A cool kit beautifully painted.
The "Parts Pit" was featured in an issue of Model and Figure Collector several issues ago; a beautiful built-up with detailed painting and customizing instructions. (I always appreciate an artist who shares his techniques for achieving certain subtle effects).
And on a side note, I think some of Pete's kits are designed not only as MS add-ons, but a continuation of the Monsters of the Movies series as well.
