I plan on doing a small diorama with this with a base, grass shrubs and perhaps a tree outside the garage. A car, tools, tool boxes, possibly a lawn mower in the garage as well as some yard tools hanging on one wall

Very nice. The garage kit is very similar to the one that Lindberg offered with some of its Mini Lindy kits in the '70's.

I believe it is the same one since it still has "The Lindberg Line" on the underside of the floor part.
