Several years ago (mid 80's), I was in a distributer's warehouse and saw an AFX Vega Funny Car in red chrome. I didn't pick it up because the window posts were busted and I wasn't thinking.:freak: Has anyone seen or own one of these? It had no other markings or stripes but everything else was the same as the white and orange versions. I would like to track down and verify that this exists or if my memory is fading like everything else! If you do have one, can you please post a picture and maybe where it came from so I can add it to my database and remove it from unicorn/bigfoot status.

I cant speak of a red chrome car. But Aurora did chrome cars for gifts/rewards for a favorite distributors. I've seen gold and a brownish color as well as purple and copper.
