Would a acrylic display stand like these be of interest to anyone. I made these about a year ago and thought they looked kinda neat. I am working on having them laser cut, but I need a larger order than five to make it affordable. I have also made a 1/32 scale stand for smaller vehicles. If anyone is interested send me an email. I have also set up a really quick site to order from if your interested. If you have any questions let me know.

The site I set up is www.standeez.com. The larger stand will fit most 1/18" scale aircraft or spacecraft. The smaller stand will fit most 1/32 and 1/48 scale craft. They are made out of acrylic which is very durable and scratch resistant. I am working on a ex-large stand that would hold the naboo starship and larger aircraft like bbi's F-16/18 and avenger. The main factor of placement is balance and super removeable squares. Once your find your contact points on the stand you place your squares and then place your craft on the stand. I can incorporate banking into the stand when I am forming them. That would have to be mentioned during ordering. The stands will support approx. 5lbs. Ratail price for the large stand is $12.99 and $8.50 for the small stand. If you have a bussiness and are interested in a large qty order please let me know. I would like to place an order within the next few weeks. If I have missed anything or you have more questions please contact me. thanks

The square is like a jelly. Very soft and tacky. Doesn't leave a mark. I went thru about a dozen different mounting items till I came across these. They are very clear which does not destract for them stand. You can get these are Micheal's or walmart for about $3.00w/tax a pack of 35. Eight will come with each stand. Do you think I should list them on the site? I figured after shipping that it would be cheaper for the buyer to get them at walmart, but the convience of not looking for them would be nice. Shipping on an item like this would be about a $1.25 first class.
