Did JL make these for Hobbytalk or did Hobbytalk make these for the event?

The reason I'm asking is one is I'm selling one on ebay and was asked this ?

MarkHos (who is the driving force behind Lightning Fest) made them for HobbyTalk Members - they would technically be Code 3 vehicles

I believe it's a commonly used Brand X term to describe something that's modified post production, i.e. customized.

Code 1 is a car that is as it comes from the Factory, mass produced

Code 2 , also comes from the Factory but with limited (usually) tampos or such - for example - the PSR cars or the Fest Official Pace Cars

Code 3 - is a car modified with tampos or paint, but not by the factory - like the Fest 2004 Halloween cars or the Fest Thank You cars. On the HW side, all the Liberty Promotions VW Drag Busses are Code 3 cars.
