Hey all I added close to a hundred more models to my collection this past month so I'm not going to post them all just a few that I really like.

Lets start with some better pictures of Code 3 that I posted earlier this week.

I also added this Code 3 American LeFrance TDA 900 Series rig.

FROM THE CODE 3 WEBSITE
The American LaFrance Truck 10 was assigned to the Department in 1960 as Truck 1 then assigned as Truck 8 in 1968 and then assigned as Truck 4 in 1973. Truck 4 was assigned as Reserve in 1980 when Truck and Engine 4 were disbanded. This model was the first fully loaded relief aerial company.

This 100 Foot American LaFrance steel aerial was powered by an inline 6 cylinder Continental Gasoline engine with manual transmission. The fabricated cab and tiller enclosures were installed in 1968/69.

The San Francisco Fire Department, serves an estimated population of 1.4 million people (which includes the approximately 850,000 citizens residing in the 47.5 square miles of San Francisco, the daytime-commuter population, and the thousands of other visitors, tourists, and others present in the City every day) with approximately 1,700 firefighting and emergency medical field personnel.

Today the San Francisco Fire Department maintains 42 Engine Companies, 18 Truck Companies, 18 Ambulances, 2 Rescue Squads and 2 Fire Boats. There are 46 Fire Station locations throughout the San Francisco area.
