A Day at the Track
I think there will not be many castings with a track scene directly on them, but there is one type of track version that I known are out there! And yes the off road racing scenes can overlap with them as landscapes.

Having fine creating a simple diorama...Joe recently added a 1956 Aston Martin DBR1 to his collection of vintage British cars. He decided it would be the perfect ride to do some rally racing with so he took it to his friends at Dick's Auto Body - they love working on old vintage cars. The first one is the regular release for 2020 - the #3 racing version is from one of the Top Gun Five Packs. Dick's is an old Plasticville building.
