The club meeting date is Sunday Sept 13th, 2009

Summer is almost gone and the kids are back to school, so we decided that having "REDLINE RACING" would be a fun way to start off the fall months!! Of course we'll have the regular racing as well, but those of you wanting to race your redlines, you had better show up by 9 AM so the racing staff can see how many people will be interested in redline racing as a regular event each month.

Be sure to come by the club this month and see what we have in store for members!! Certain rules will apply and you MUST be present to receive or win anything we might be giving away!!

We have the NEW email address up and running. You can email us there and you may get an answer or reply to your email from Terry, Gerald, Edwina or myself. If you wish for, or need some privacy, please email any of us at our private email addresses. We will treat confidential information with the utmost care, but the 4 of us run this club together as a group and we must keep our lines of communication open between us and of course keep it free from any negativity or controversy. That email address is [email protected] and it's up and running. When you receive emails from the new address, it will say it's from the "Milwaukee Hot Wheels Club" so you'll know it's safe to view the text contents of the email. We will NEVER send attachments to emails from this address unless we alert you well in advance. Please add this new address to your email address book and expect to see emails on a monthly basis.

MEMBERSHIP DOES HAVE ITS PRIVILEGES, SO DON'T DELAY FOLKS!! SIGN UP THIS MONTH IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, TO BE SURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO TAKE PART IN ALL OUR UPCOMING EVENTS!!!! OF COURSE NON-MEMBERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME AT OUR CLUB MEETINGS AND IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO A CLUB MEETING AND NEED TIME TO DECIDE IF IT'S YOUR CUP OF TEA, THEN TELL US, AND WE'LL OFFER SUGGESTIONS THAT WILL HELP YOU DECIDE IF BECOMING A MEMBER IS RIGHT FOR YOU!!

Again, we will continue taking annual memberships this month for 2009. The cost is $20 for new members which covers the rest of 2009.
Each person who enters can have a copy of the rules and policies that we've had in place for years.

As usual, we'll have something for every type of collector including redlines, treasure hunts, limited editions, new car releases, hard to finds, and much, much more! We also offer organized racing for the kids, both big kids and small ones! It's really been great these last several years!! We have prizes for the winners of each organized race including a trophy each and every month! We are also using a point system to determine an annual winner! Free cars, stickers, and toys to the younger kids. We also have great conversation and talk about all the latest and greatest! This is a family event so bring the gang! There is no smoking inside the hall! The language is and will be rated "G" since we have many small children attending every month! Got questions?? Send me an email!

For those of you who have never attended one of our meetings, I promise, you'll have a great time. I also know that you'll be back and bring other friends!! In addition, we don't allow any scalping of new cars if that's your interest. Our members and anyone selling is limited to $2.00 or less per car for anything new and common. If it's rare, such as treasure hunts, errors, etc, they can do what they want, but in many cases, even those prices are not off the planet. There are folks selling treasure hunts for less then $5 and not just common ones either. We're here to have fun and enjoy this hobby as a collective unit. You'll witness and enjoy that friendship each and every month.

Kids and non-collecting spouses or significant others are always free!! Club members can arrive at 8:00 AM or so to set up. However, please be aware that if you are NOT an annual club member, you will not be allowed in until 9:00 AM. This is to ensure that all club members get in, get a table if they want one, and also have first dibs on anything new that is for sale. MEMBERSHIP DOES HAVE IT'S PRIVILEGES!! The entry fee is $3.00 or $8.00 for NON-CLUB MEMBERS ONLY. Annual club members are in without having to pay any additional fee. The $3 fee is for folks who want to just get in and $5.00 EXTRA is for those who want a table. Tables are first come, first served, but club members are given priority! Again, we'll offer free admission to non-collecting spouses and of course the kids are always admitted for free.

If you have concerns or suggestions, please email us or call me @ 414.788.8736.

Edwina, Gerald, Terry, and myself pretty much run the club, but we do it as a joint effort with help from several other people. We welcome suggestions to help improve our club. This club is maintained for the collectors, the face fans, and anyone who wishes to join in on our fun!

MOTY Scott: if it was me, you should know it wouldn't be on yePaid, would of liked to try it on the downhill track (yeah, right).
Tuneman: we have to stop meeting like that, because of construction, I missed the Cracker, ended chowing at the one in Gurnee.

Hey Steve,

Just had to ask. Didn't really think it was you

Had a great time at the meeting. Picked up a few nice Mustangs. Thanks to those that helped get them for me. Already looking forward to next months meeting on October 11th. Hope to see lots of people there
