The end of the 2012 run is coming soon. I don't think information regarding this has been released yet. Can Mattel do it? Can they release a new model that only had 1 color variation? LOL

The odds are very good there will be at least a second color. They will putting out re colors till at least after New Years, even though the majority of the mixes will be 2013 castings. Heck I still want to find a smooth window one.
The last time a First Edition came out in one color was around 2005.
