Nope, they look sweet!
I've been having trouble getting my eyes to focus while detailing my slots. I told my eye doctor at my exam 2 wks ago and he suggested I try wearing reading glasses from a drug store while doing that kind of work. Now at least I can get my eyes to focus. I still have to get better with my hand, but at least I can see where I am trying to paint.SiNutt said:I like it...now if I could hold my hand still enough and get my eyes to focus, I could try that too...
Thanks for the info...already went the drug store reading glasses route, now I'm sporting bi-focals to do my close up work...man, it stinks getting old!micyou03 said:I've been having trouble getting my eyes to focus while detailing my slots. when I said I "filled-in" the black on the rims, that's all I did..
just got a paint brush and slathered the black paint all over the rim, then wiped it off with a paper towel.. it just left the black paint in the crevices/slots!
Does that mean that after a while I probably won't be able to focus even with the reading glasses. He did say I will probably need bifocals within the next 6 months to a year but he thinks my eyes will change significantly within that time so he did'nt think I shoul get bifocals yet.SiNutt said:Thanks for the info...already went the drug store reading glasses route, now I'm sporting bi-focals to do my close up work...man, it stinks getting old!
