I'm looking for a countersink tool to countersink some servo holes in my chassis. Can anyone point me in the right direction on with tool to buy?

60 degree is what you're looking for if memory serves.:thumbsup: Mcmaster-Carr or Granger should have it.

4-40 is 82, metric screws are 90 deg. You can buy them at any big box (home depot, lowes). they will be high speed steel and wont last all that long, but they work for a while.

I bought a whole set at lowes for 12 bucks including 4-40 bit

I've had good results with a tapered stone on a dremel.

Get a 90 degree solid carbide burr with a 1/4" shank from Mcmaster.com. They are about $15 if I remember correctly, but they will last longer than you'll ever need. I still use one I got about 10 years ago and it has had a lot of use
