At a Canadian Walmart store today, I found a 1972 Chevy Chevelle SS that is yellow with black stripes and a black vinyl top. It has RR tires with gray and black rally rims. It is on a generic "Classic Car" card without a photocard that we get in Canada on most JLs. It is too bad that we don't get the photocards on most releases.
Anyway, I need help in identifying what series and release that it is from.
Most of the other JLs in the store were generic Street Freaks that no-one seems to be buying or were some really old material that no-one wants.
This was the only new JL mixed in with the lot. Therefore, there is no way of knowing what or where it came from.
What is strange is the fact that it appeared to be the only new JL there.
So I bought it. I took it home to join a bunch of its GM brothers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers. Cobra

That Chevelle is a nice one.
I agree. I would even buy a second one.
I actually like the Tucker, GTO, Porsche from this set.
Not sure about the Camaro. I will have to see it. I'll pass on the pink one.

Thanks for the help in identifying the series and release.

Yes, I would also love to find a couple of gold Challengers.

It is good to see that some of the new material is starting to show up.

I guess that I will have to start visiting Walmart on a more regular basis.
Just maybe I can find some of the other new material.

Cheers. Cobra

For some reason, I like that Pepto-mobile. I haven't bought it, but I like it.

I bought the pink T-bucket. All the rest, however, are still pegwarming.

I don't mind a dash of color- and remember, the pink redlines are among the most valuable older Hot Wheels'. ;)
