My fav also due to grew up around the corner from a guy who had two in Passaic, N.J. a 1965 white conv. called "Instigator I" and a marina blue 1967 coupe called "Instigator II". He raced them at "Island Dragway". Thanks for the trip down memory lane.:thumbsup:
My Only memory of the Vette was at 15, after my uncle was release from Nam, he brought a 68 vette in Black w/a 427 swap engine and took me to a race...street race aganist my mother wishes, So from there on I fell in love of all vettes.....well next to Camaros...long Story....:thumbsup:

Not all M2s are like that, and some its hard to see that in a package then to drive back for an exchange, or return form....Yeah, I know what you mean but some times some of us would over look that or fix it ourselves....:thumbsup:

Those are the kind of gaps that drive some people crazy. When you look at the car as a whole though, they're easier to overlook. Plus everything looks much bigger on the computer screen.
I think part of the problem with the Corvette (for me anyway) is that the door goes all the way into the roof. Most M2 cars just have the bottom part of the door and no windows so gaps are less noticeable.. Also, the Vette is a streamlined shape which makes that gaps stand out more unlike the trucks which also have full doors. For example in that first pic, the red tow truck doesn't bother me but with the little red Corvette (clap, clap) my eyes are drawn immediately to the door.
