If it's an AutoArt it can't be that old, but it has a very old school look about it. And not only because it's a '51. That's a really nice looking car.

I mean the casting looks older than it is. It looks like something Lesney would have made in an alternate universe.

Being a GM company, that '51 Holden looks very much like a '51 Bel Air. Nice looking piece of diecast.

Funny you should say that. I actually spent half an hour browsing exactly that. Oxford has a range of 1/76 scale cars that are just cars and buses of 1950-1960 London and I liked it a lot. In the end I took the Australian one but I still had a good time looking at the Bedford Ambulances, milk delivery wagons and whatever you call it. I can see myself back there soon when the regular wheels offers dry up on the auctions....
