Any chance of a 1/35 scale SPINDRIFT from Moebius? The detail of the new 1/35 scale JUPITER II is stunning and I can't wait to own one but I would LOVE to see the same treatment given to the SPINDRIFT from Land of the Giants. It would be awesome to have an accurate model that is also of decent size too. So, any chance Moebius???

This has come up before and it is described as not likely in the near future. They have not said a flat out no, but it is very low on the list. Moebius does not reveal the whole long range planfor practical purposes, but this ship (along with the big LIS B-9) are regularly asked about and after a few pages result in a locked thread.

IIRC the Spindrift might be produced in the future- but not anytime soon.

Moebius has announced a very ambitious 2010 already and it still is not enough to satisfy the builders out there.

I have waited so long for the kits they now have active I do not mind waiting several more years for others- whatever they tackle it is worth th ewait.
