P38 ashtray made during WWII

P38 ashtray made during WWII

The "cigarette holders" on the ashtray section are actually bent Australian coins. The supporting arm was not added separately - it was all cut in one piece from the 105mm casing

I have the exact same P38 ash tray. My dad brought it back from New Guinea in 1945. Until now I thought it was a one of a kind. What size is the shell it sits on.
