Not all TRU employees are %^&*()

I started going to the TRU in town a good while back. And from day one, I always spoke to each and every employee as I walked through the store. Well as time progressed I became fairly friendly with one the old employees. He too would go out of his way when he saw me first to come by and chew the fat. Not always about cars either. Today, he pointed to an area down from the JL pegs and said I just put some stuff out and I did not have room over here where it normally goes. Well, here is a pic, or scan rather, of what I am sure is a WL Legends of Star Trek ENTERPRISE NX-01. All 12 pieces were still on the pegs and the other one was grey. Wish I had a better camera but the scanner is better than my $29.95 digi piece of junk.

Happy Holidays and stay safe on those streets, olesarge90/Gill

True, but,.........the vast majority of them are still a real pain in the "you-know-what".

I think it's a real pain when they ask you for your phone #! I just tell them that it's unlisted and unpublished(which it is).

I agree, As the old timers remember I worked at TRU for awhile. I tried to help out collectors and I didn't raid cases. I think I got 2 WL off the pegs my whole time there. Since working there I understand how most employees feel about the collectors and now that I'm on this side I do like you and be polite and friendly. Sometimes it comes back to you

I agree with you about the phone number thing but I have my own soloution. The store director who really did me wrong isn't there anymore, in fact he's barred from the store (long story) so everytime they ask me I just give his phone number, hope that flags their computers somewhere

Nice find I managed to snag a white U.S.S. Reliant NCC-1864 tonight while I was at my not so local (1.5 hour drive) TRU.
