Cool Collectible BWF Zinger GTO WL FT

I received my shipment of 24 cars today. I ordered 24 cars to get one of
each Zinger GTO WL. I also received a second BWF GTO Zinger WL as a
random WL Winner. There was a letter in my box explaining my good
fortune. This car is now up for trade as I do not need two of these.
This car is one of 60 WL's made. Nothing specific in mind for a trade
but I am open to offers.

Is this a special WL that there are only 60 made?

Does it have white hubs like the others? Haven't seen this one yet.

The Black with Flames Zinger GTO is #35/60 and has White Hubs
and White Tires. I am open to offers of high caliber WL's.
