Did you know Disney is making a new Herbie The luv Bug Movie?

It's amazing what you learn at 4:00am on access hollywood...

I also heard a "Dukes of Hazzard" movie is in the works... Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke, and "Stiffler" Seann William Scott and Johnny Knoxville {I think he was from Jackass} as Bo and Luke Duke.

Should Produce a couple of fan favorite diecast out of it... I hope PM.. er I mean RC2 can get approval for a General Lee JL casting...

RC/ERTL has had the liscensing for the General Lee for about a bazillion years.
I agree though,a JL casting would blow the former away.

Herbie ran at the previous NASCAR race in Fontana CA. He ran the warm up laps with the boys to be used as footage in the upcoming film. Many driver's did cameos. Herbie looked good in NASCAR slicks and trim.

can't find it now, but maybe do a Hobbytalk search for Herbie and you will find a post about this already...and it has pictures of the new Herbie too!
