Fun Trick of the Week

Here is a cool car I picked up a few months ago.
I did not do this work, but I love how it works.

We all have a few extra JL Willy's laying around and here's a cheap mounting solution to enable you to run an Aurora Afx mag or non-mag chassis.

This particular body is of course an Aurora, but any Willy's should do.
The body really floats on the chassis mounting tabs which helps her handle the joints in the sectional track quite well.
The previous owner hacked the posts pretty good but I would imagine that you could leave the posts alone depending on how much body movement you want.

i dont think i ever think what it,s worth. its yours do what ya want.i really like the willys modified to fit an afx. fact is i have 1 with no posts. now its got a home. the silly willys always has a place in my heart!! nice mod pomfish i like it.

That is a good car body to have.If your racing AFX cars,snap it on a chassis.If your racing t-jets,screw it on a chassis.
