newbie to Ti
hello, I have worked with aluminum quite a bit and know basic metal working techniques already, but I'm wondering if there are any hints for working with titanium (besides it's a bugger to drill unless you go slow with high feed rates). I'm starting out slow, I have 6AL4V .063 Ti sheet metal and already made a basic butter knife, now I want to build a spork and fork. I'm vaguely familiar with how to put the bowl in a spoon, but how easy will this be with Ti? and what's the best way to get nice bends like production silverware has, but at home? yhanks in advance for any help.
