O/T 2009 Wheels of Italy show *PICS*

What a fantastic day. For a change my sons and wife came with me and I had THE greatest time. Perfect weather, perfect company, perfect cars. Here's a smidge of what I took with more at my link of course.

There was of course a huge selection of other fine automobiles scattered through out the parking lots that I shot as well.

All 267 pictures can be found at MY FOTKI

Chris

Dad, I have. I feel I haven't got quite enough to fill a book yet. At least not enough great photos. I'll keep acquiring and eventually see if I can go to the local book place here and see what it would cost.
I appreciate you bringing that up. Thanks!
Chris

Chris - we were standing right next to each other when you took the picture of the bright yellow Lotus. I snapped mine at the same time - LOL! I missed that lime green Aston Martin Volante though....

UGH, Wish I could actually meet you guys I run into! LOL There was another guy on another forum that said the same thing to me after he had seen my pictures. I'm sure there was a bunch of guys there that I talk to on the internet there as well.

Awesome show. Gets bigger every year too. I hope to see the 599 GTB and a California in a few years there. That 8C was a show stopper. The sound gave me eargasms.

Check out Cars and Cafe:

I'm going to go up there on the 5th of Sept. Let me know if you are going.

wish someone would make a separate forum for car show pictures.... be nice. Also, remember if you are taking badge pictures, always take them from an angle (so you can't see your reflection or cameras reflection)

dip, sounds good. So far my plans are to attend and will be there early as well. Hoping at 8 a.m.
We had a small family emergency yesterday and are awaiting test results on my son by Thursday. Hoping it is nothing, but it will determine whether we go or not. I'm pretty sure we will, but my son comes first. Then to my parent for family reunion stuff.
I'll let you know more Thursday evening.
Thanks for letting me know. I'll post a picture of what I'll be wearing LOL.
Chris
