Futaba Magnum Sport FP-T2PB

I'm looking for at least the battery holder that slides into the handle of the Futaba Magnum Sport FP-T2PB. If someone has for sale or knows where I can find just this part I'd appreciate it.

Willing to purchase complete transmitter if that's all someone has for sale.

Thanks,

Scott

Are you looking for the really old version of the transmitter - like this (http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemId=360296)? If so I have an entire transmitter that you can have that is AM 75mhz.

Sorry fixed the link - did a quick search on internet to find a photo of the transmitter.

The link didn't work, just takes me to a category page. But yes, it's old, used for RC Cars.

Thanks! That looks like the one. I'm still in search of just the battery holder and hoping that will work. If I can't find it or I do and it doesn't work I'll absolutely keep this in mind.

Sendsley - send me a PM (private message) and let me know where to send the transmitter. I haven't actually raced with it in 20 years. I do know that it works, but I'll double-check it today. I'm going through my old stuff and donating anything that I'm not using any more. At a minimum you will have a spare transmitter.

I am looking for the same battery holder! These FP T2PB units must just break after a while. I was able to super glue it the last time...but not this time! Hope somebody sees this posting and just happens to have an old unit or just the battery holder lying around.

Well, I can buy the battery holder for 4 bucks and pay 10 for shipping...somehow that doesn't make sense. I gave away 2 motors, a body, and an entire frame/suspension/gears with another controller for free to a youngster I knew. All I am looking for now, is that little battery holder to keep this old RC car going...Regards.

Futaba FP-T2PB Magnum Sport Transmitter 75 Band

Hi, you can purchase a battery door at Larry's Performance R/C's one of the largest Radio Controlled Hobby stores in the United States.Tell them that Bruce Pietro sent you. They are very helpful. Can order any part thru their distributors or most of the time have many Futaba radio controlled transmitter/receivers in stock. I hope that this was helpful for you. Bruce
