I'll definitely buy the Scout as soon as it comes in something other than chrome.

Good choice. My pick would be mid/late 60's Air Force blue CREWCAB pickup! Actually I think IH's are cool!

WOW! now THAT'S a homely sumbitch! IH's are the coolest!

I really think the casting job on the Scout looks FANTASTIC!!!
Customizers are sure gonna have fun swapping parts around from future releases.
Isn't there gonna be like 7 variations of this one?
The new tires on this one deserve mention as well!

I would try to wait as well but with my luck I might never see another one and regret not getting one when I had the chance.

Yeah! I learned to drive in a 64 Travelall! My Father bought a used one from the Illinois Forest Service--it was white over forest green with a big forest service decal on the door--had the lower half Earl Sheib'd to black--right over the decals, LOL! Bulletproof truck!

Kudos to JL for having the guts to do the Scout. I'll somehow try to find all of these that they make.

If anyone can turn chrome to rust, it's you! This could be one heck of a Barn Find.

For you that are not liking the chrome, I think
it is much better looking at it out of the package. I
got mine today and it sure looks pretty darn good
