I am asking $200.00 plus shipping for the cars - that is about what I have into them, so I am not making any money! These need to be sold ASAP, as I REALLY need the money right now - BAD! Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Hi Bert. I bought them for a local friend and he ended up sticking me with them (real nice Christmas present from him). This month has been real bad for me - anything that can go wrong did.
To everyone else - these cars are pending sold once I hear back from a guy. I will update this post once I hear back from him by tomorrow.
The price is too high for those castings. Good luck man
I don't think so - the regular GM's of these castings bring $20-30 on eBay. Since these are the samples with no numbers on the base and only 12 are made, I think the price is fair. It does not matter what the castings are - either way, they are the rarest Green Machines in existence. It is not always just about the money - it is about helping each other out as well. I am just a college kid trying to make some extra money, especially now due to the financial position I am in at the moment.
not just those are as you say the rarest GMs in existence.
every series GL has done has GM samples.
i'd be interested in knowing if the first GMs ever done, the first Corvette series were done with 12 samples as well.
but back on topic, there was a seller that sold each one of these individually on the bay and they didnt go for much more then a normal GM of the same version.
it appears these have a higher value as a complete set?
strange how things get valued. a more readily available 'rare' item can sell for more then a preproduction.
something about retail rare items...
Hey Nicko, Hold on to your hat because for once I agree with you on the price of the cars being to high. About 3 weeks ago I saw them going alot cheaper then that. I saw the pink with flames go for a little more than $60. I guess someone wanted them bad to pay that price.

They went cheap back then for the first set because, overall, people are uneducated on the rareness of these cars. Basically, if you do not read the boards, you do not know much about them. The stock and custom Fury Max Wedges on eBay brought $162.50 and over $200.00 for the second auction, so topcollector-il mustn't have seen the $60 one or the price would have been higher. Prices are dropping for the newer GM's, as it does with everything once the "newness" wears off.
