I'd say probably, The Calender girl cars are next to Impossisble to find, and American Beauties sold very well despite the fact that 2 of the cars didn't match the pics (pet peeve, sorry.).

I don't know...I would say they wouldn't have sold 100 of the nomads without the free red test shot... I know I was not going to buy one until they made that deal.
As for the other series, they seemed to work out ok for both sides I think
Hot cars and even hotter girls are a classic combination but not for the Wal-Mart/Target market. JL would get a decent return on the concept with Hobby-only and limited edition (custom orders) as they are mainly the 'adult collectible' institutions. I know if I were to ever order a custom as a business promo I'd rather have a Lightning Girl poster with it than a collector card.
Remember, You may be sitting next to her at the Dinner.
