My 1/2500 USS Jenolin Sydney Class Starship

Hello I wanted to share this with everyone,I have been busy trying to get caught up with the model kits I have left sitting unfinished. So I put together, weathered and decalled the model kit.

This is an original TM Lindsey Sydney Class Starship which is long out of production now. It is 1/2500 scale. I tried to paint it and weather it as close to the pics available for this online, which all I found was 2. There were no decals for this when I got it. The Manufacturer started to make them, then they got hit by Hurricanes and have been unable to make them at present along with this fine kit.

I would like to thank Jay Curtiss for the Nacelle Decals and the side markings he sent my daughter Amanda. For those of you who don't know Jay,he goes by Cozmo on here I believe.

I made the Registry and Name decals for the top of the ship from scratch using my font set I have for Star Trek and Adobe Photoshop CS to resize them to fit the model.

I am Very Pleased with how this turned out,and now it is finished. Enjoy the pics:

Looks really good! (The craftsmanship that is. I never cared for the vessel, seems a little too much like a large shuttlecraft for some strange reason. )

Looks good, George. I've got to finish mine up one of these days. It's still covered in primer - not that that likely surprises anyone....

Thanks Guys, I appreciate it. I really think that this is a cool design for a miniture starship. I was so happy to find someone who had one of these when I bought it. I think I looked for at least 6 months or so before I found this great TM Lindsey kit. I just wish I could find his Constellation kit. Maybe someday........

I really like the Jenolin, I wish I had picked one up when TM Lindsey was still
operating, Hey any idea where I could find one of those babies? For that
matter is anyone working on a larger version,I heard someone was planning
to but I can't remember who?
