Is there a printer friendly version of the 'autofeast' page to mail in for reservations?

I think it would be fine to just write down how many reservations, the names for the reservations and your address and such and mail that along with a check or money order to Mark

40 Dinners have been reserved already this morning. Not that I'm trying to push people or anything but I'd imagine this will be a sell out easily so you need to reserve ASAP. Payment is not due but the reservation is to secure your spot. 100 means 100 this year. Don't wait and miss out.
