Ugggggg..... I still do not understand the obsession between JL and Coke. Just about every other cars moves and moves fairly quickly from TRU. 3 pegs of Coke cars are still sitting from the last release. How can this be profitable?

The roof line on the 68 Impala looks really funky in an odd way. I do not really care much for the coke stuff. The Chevy thunder release looks promising if I can find them.

Thanks for the pics Probably the only place I'm ever going to see these cars. Our locals have had the same tired crap hanging for 2 months. Those Coke cars are gonna look great after those tampos get wiped off, and that Pontiac 2+2 Gold Series is a must have

I wish I had the COKE stickers from this new series to add to my collection. I don't think I would buy every car just for the stickers.

Thanks for the pics ...... now some thoughts.

1) If they never do another Coke series again, I will swear to embrace Clue cars.

Really.

2) What did that poor '68 Impala ever do to piss off the powers that be at JL? First it gets tampo'd to death in a hideous shade of green

and now this?????

Are they frickin' kidding with this car????? How in God's name do they subject us to this "Dash" mobile with a straight face????

3) That red Vega is pretty cool, I'll buy that one

4) If there's one casting they can stop cranking out, it's the '69 Camaro; beautiful car, very tight casting. Enough already though.

5) The Gold Series cars continue to be great choices

6) The guy in charge of Coke cars is clearly not the guy in charge of Gold series as well

7) Chevy Thunder has lost it's "Thunder" for me

8) I like the MONC 5 pack concept, but there's not a single car in this set that I have to have.

Opinions? I've got a couple. Let's hear yours.

Ok, so they appear to have fixed the Vegas 4x4 stance BUT....now the rear wheel opening is way too close to the rear side window and looks like an amateur bondo job! I like the Sierra Tan 65 Impala, though neither wheel choice is right for it. The 68 Impala does deserve better, a nice stock non-coke convertible would be nice...The 65 Pontiac from the gold series looks nice and I agree, enough 69 Camaros already!!!!

they have never done a challenger gold series[hint]
Nothing in this mopar 5 pack I really have tom have[wouldn`t be worth shipping anyways],however depending on my mood and available cash I`d probally pick it up if I saw it on a shelve.

Thoughts:
Coke Series-
I like the color on the Impala, but getting all those dotted lines off
I'm glad to see another 88, about time!
That Catalina is gonna look pretty good after the acetone

Chevy Thunder-
I like the Vega and the Impala.

Gold Series-
Why don't they just do all the releases like this, quality and detail, and eliminate all the other stuff. Isn't that why we pay so much?

MNC set-
Got a set from OLD - that 330 is smokin'!!!!!
Wish the Charger came with RR though
