Not sure how many Steelers fans we got here, but I gotta say I'm pretty darn excited about Sunday's upcoming game. Been a Steelers fan my entire life. (Mom & Dad are both from the Pittsburgh area) I remember watching the Steelers '70s Super Bowls with my dad and would love to be able to watch another with my son. He was only 5 years old when they made their last trip in '95, but he's now 15 and a rabid Steelers fan. Congratulations to the Seahawks, Panthers, Broncos & Steelers for getting this far!!
Go Seahawks! Go Broncos! Not that I really like either team, but I'm tired off all the hype around here about the Panthers. And, well, appaerntly there's a Steeler that went to Rock Hill High School, so the apaper needs to shut up about him too. Drives me crazy, my paper does.
Mixed feelings......... Steelers are a Pats rival...... we've thoroughly enjoyed kicking their butts over the years. And the Broncs palyed us hard.... but I just can't get behind Plummer at all. Rather see Big Ben win, especially before Manning...... but I remember how hard those Panthers played New England in the Super Bowl 2 years ago, and I respect that team.
Major Viking fan here, so I have the next year blues yet again. Getting used to it. I'm taking Steelers on this one. Also taking Seattle. Just hoping for good games. And a 0 and 3 scrore in the Hawks favor in any quarter
Well I'm not really a big sports fan, but I must say that Seattle's teams are improving.
So I will cheer on the Seattle Seahawks.
I loved thier win over the Redskins. It wasn't close but it was a good game. 20-10 Seattle.
As for the Steelers, they have a lot riding on this next game.
Seattle has a curse to break. Never been past round 3 I believe, So this ought to be one for the record books up here in the NW. I believe that Seattle will win against the Panthers but I don't believe it will be a blowout.
Richard
Hey Carnut you knew this was coming didn't you. As long as football threads keep getting brought up here I will keep posting this. hehehehehehehehe I love it!!!!
And just for Carnut
Only because you like to talk so much trash on my beloved STEELERS
Too Funny Nick....when the playoffs started I knew a local hobby store that had that GTO left over. I never bought it because of the paint but I went back hoping to snag it to do the same thing picture wise. Sorry to say it was gone but that is OK have more fun picking on the PAtriots anyway!!!
If the Steelers make the Superbowl I am not sure which direction to take this. Any diecast out there related to Seahaks or Panthers?
PS for anyone that did not already know it; Carnut sent me the Pats SUV as an extra in a trade while talking all kinds of smack about how good they were.
Funnyman!!!
