OT HEMI R/T Charger........

Rode in one UGLY copper with flat black striping Hemi this afternoon that a buddy of mine had. I don't think it was his but he would not tell me where he snagged it.....

Anywho, ridden in the HEMI 300C and the Magnum this car seemed smoother for some reason. and FAST to say the least - clovers at like 65 with no fade or lean - gotta love it. Was a little nervous as it was raining off and on but what do ya do.

Nicely decked out ride. Out of the three pack: 300C, Magnum and the new Charger (as ugly as this one was) - I must say I like it best.

Never got to drive it but ............

I love the new charger and I plan to buy one in a few years when they depreciate some. I`ll trade my yukon xl in on one. I`m personally glad it`s a 4 door car or I wouldn`t even consider one. I love the 300c but I believe I can give the charger more attitude by doing certain things to it. I also will only buy the 5.7 hemi because the 6.1 doesn`t have the mds system for gas mileage.

Thumbs down

That the Charger is now a 4 door will be an item for contention with me for years to come; what I dislike more than that is that ugly borrowed signature-T-grille-Dodge-done-to-death-already front end. Minivan front end on a sports sedan??!! Enough already!

They could have really cleaned this up much sleeker, less clunky and a bit of retro '69. Anything but that front end.

Same for the Magnum too...

I would never buy one but it is cool to say I have ridden in all three......... One has to appreciate the power though.....

My next vehicle will be a gas guzzling big ole massive beast of an SUV I think or a crew cab fill-sized pick-em-up. Unless I keep my wife's old truck and buy something like that Saturn Sky..........
