When Johnny comes marching home.......
......he really knows how to make an entrance!!!!
I had to go across town today, and had a little time to stop at a Hobby Lobby that I've never visited. Good thing, too. Here's the tally:
Pt 1
Chevy Thunder 55 Chevy
Muscle Cars USA Tom Lowe's 1970 Superbird (new casting, much better than the older version)
Chevy Thunder 62 Bel Air (great lime gold color!)

pt 3
Thirteen Customs 40 Ford Panel Delivery
And if all that wasn't enough, I also found a pair of Chevelles. One from the Hot Rod magazine series, one from Muscle Cars USA. Each was slightly different from the others on the pegs:

Kevin, it's a little Shack diorama that a friend built for me. Because of the building orientation, I can only get a little piece of it in there and not wash out the cars.

It looks really nice and well done! Hopefully I will soon get around to finishing my little diorama.

Kevin, here's what the whole thing looks like:
I added a couple of plastic train set trees and removed a couple of the billboards.

Great pics. That 55 is my favorite. Congrats on the slightly different ones also!

Joe - That 40 Ford from 13 Customs is a White Lightning, too. The regular version is gray, wasn't sure if you knew that.

NP. I did that once. I found a Hot Rod Magazine 70 Firebird WL on the pegs at Target. The interior was white, but that was all, and there were no others to compare it to (which is how I found out my Mopar Muscle magazine 1970 GTX was a WL). I had just gotten into WLs and didn't know about the tinted windows on some, so I took it home and popped it open. Imagine my surprise two months later when I was leafing throgh a Lee's and noticed that the one they pictured had a black interior. D'Oh! I'd opened a WL! lol
Now, of course, I open most of them anyway, but back then I was a MOMC guy, and darn if that didn't make me feel dumb.... oops!

Good for you Joe!
On a side note, do you still keep in contact with Jim Greer? I'm trying to get a hold of him and I thought he once had a web icon on your site but I don't see it now.
